If you routinely send documents to the same individuals or groups, you can save time by adding
those names to the Favorites tab instead of searching for them each time you route a document.
To Select a Favorite Individual
1. Hover your mouse over an individual in the Individuals Tab. appears next to the individual.
2. Click .
The individual becomes a Favorite.
To check:
1. Select the (Favorites) Tab.
2. Click next to the individual.
The individual disappears from the Favorites Tab.
To Select a Favorite Group
1. Hover your mouse over a group in the Groups Tab. appears next to the group.
2. Click .
The group becomes a Favorite.
To check:
1. Select the (Favorites) Tab.
The selected group is listed in the Favorites tab.
To remove the favorite status of a group:
1. Select the (Favorites) Tab.
2. Click next to the group.
The group disappears from the Favorites Tab.
